In 1991 the VOG was transformed from a Limited Company (Ges.m.b.H.) to a Stock Corporation (Aktiengesellschaft). Five share holders in Upper Austria hold all the shares. The VOG AG controls a total of 12 affiliated Companies, six in Austria, another six abroad.
